Wood Boat Brewery of Clayton, NY has opened a tasting room of their favorites to you to enjoy. “The Boat” features a selection of craft beverages from Wood Boat Brewery along with other popular Clayton made products like Saint Lawrence Spirits and Northern Flow Vineyards. “The Boat” is located across from the Olympic Center on Main Street.

Our Flagship IPA; Crisp, citrus forward, dry hopped finish.
New England IPA: 6.0% ABV
Dry Hopped with 4 different varieties with smooth pineapple melon notes.
Pardon Me Pale Ale: 5.0% ABV (Cans only)
A slightly-less-Pale Ale. Caramel and chocolate malt notes.
River Rye: 5.4% ABV
Rye based Pale Ale is smooth, aromatic and casually delicious with an easy finish.
Bow Light Pilsner: 4.2%ABV
Crisp, easy drinking. Our lightest brew on tap!
Cherry Wheat: 5.6% ABV
A light Wheat Ale. Made with real slightly tart cherries!
NYS Hard Cider: 5.5% ABV
Unfiltered cider made with local organic apples and ale yeast. A tart, semi-dry finish.
White Cap Milk Stout: 4.7% ABV
Smooth, creamy, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate.
“Old Town” Oatmeal Stout: 5.4% ABV(Cans only)
Not overly rich, but enough robust flavor and malty tones to please any stout enjoyer.

Five years ago today I started a new adventure not knowing where it would end up.
As it turns out it has been a great adventure.
Not many people have careers where you get to meet new people from all over the world as well as in your own back yard. The stories that have been shared with me have made me laugh, cry and help me to grow. Only at The Boat can you witness a chance reunion between a 1980 Olympic bobsledder from Germany and one from France after 40 plus years. That was an enjoyable 5 days.
To my friends in Clayton at Wood Boat Brewery, Saint Lawrence Spirits and Northern Flow Vineyards. Thank you for always being there with your support and encouragement. You have made my job much easier.
Thank you Mike for the opportunity. You are one of the best!
Lastly, to all my employees past and present. I have often said that I have the title as General Manager but I am not the boss. Thank you for all your hard work, input, laughs and tears. Whether you are now in the Adirondacks, Arizona, New Zealand, Florida etc…you will always be my family. I can not do this job without you! Love you Duff!!!
So tonight when I am home sitting in my Adirondack chair I will raise a toast to all my friends that have walked into my life through the doors at The Boat over the last five years. I will also raise a glass (pink of course) to my friends in Gilbert Mn.
